Noche Bella 2024
Client: Latino Network
In 2024, we were thrilled to partner with Latino Network for another year to build a traditional gala with a big community feel—Noche Bella.
When we work with this client—magic happens.
Aside from the bonus of them being a great client with a meaningful mission, we love the challenge of designing an event that brings the spirit of their organization to life in a room.
Community at the Heart of the Event
For this event, we knew community needed to take center stage. Partnering with Latino Network, we sought ways to honor and strengthen all their relationships—donors, partners, staff, clients, sponsors, and beyond.
One key opportunity was their annual awards, which highlighted the vital role of community partners working with youth in local schools. By centering these honorees, we reinforced Latino Network’s commitment to youth programs while making the evening more meaningful.
Each awardee was invited with a table of their guests, fostering deeper connections throughout the event.
When Latino Network expressed interest in a unique way to engage their staff, we experimented with different ideas until 2024, when we found the perfect solution—a dedicated after-party that seamlessly blended their 200+ staff with gala guests.
Staff were invited to the Noche Bella After-Party, where the pre-program reception space was transformed into a lively bar and dance floor. A DJ, open bar, and passed appetizers set the tone for celebration. Once the gala program wrapped upstairs, guests joined the after-party, turning the evening into a true community celebration where everyone could dance the night away.

Bringing the Mission to Life
To fully immerse guests in the vibrancy of Latino Network’s mission, we carefully curated moments that celebrated Latino arts and culture. Our team stage-managed dynamic performances by Ballet Folklórico Academia Gabriela and a local school’s mariachi band, infusing the evening with energy and authenticity. These performances weren’t just entertainment—they were a direct reflection of the community Latino Network serves.
A bold and immersive event brand brought the celebration to life visually. Working with our trusted graphic design partner, we developed a stunning, eye-catching brand that was woven into every detail—from the ticketing page and digital communications to event signage, even extending to the elevator, guiding guests seamlessly to the right floor. This branding inspired the event’s bright, joyful aesthetic, with magenta and mandarin drapery and lush tropical bouquets transforming the space into a vivid, mission-forward experience.
The immersion extended to the dining experience as well. Partnering with our catering team, we organized a Latino-inspired tasting day with the Latino Network team, carefully selecting dishes that reflected cultural traditions. To enhance the experience, we designed a printed program that detailed each dish’s inspiration, ingredients, and allergens, ensuring that guests not only enjoyed a delicious meal but also connected with its cultural significance.
Fundraising That Delivers
With expert guidance from our fundraising coach, Ryan, and Latino Network’s skilled development team, Noche Bella’s fundraising grows year over year—surpassing $600K in 2024! Their long-term investments in corporate sponsors, major donors, and engaged stakeholders create a powerful giving network.
A key driver of success? Impact storytelling. Our storytelling lead, Jenna, and the film team crafted a moving video featuring a former client—now a bakery owner—showcasing her journey through beautiful visuals of her craft. Inspired by the story, our auctioneer, Kelly, suggested adding her marbled bread to the auction. The result? $900 per loaf! The bakery owner was stunned, and the moment became a highlight of the night.
Latino Network’s Noche Bella was more than just an event; it was a vibrant celebration of community, culture, and impact.
Bringing people together in a dynamic and heartfelt way made this gala memorable and transformative. We were honored to be among the many partners who could help make it happen.

We are so grateful to have The Fundraising Event Company as a priority partner in the planning process of our most important event of the year. I've worked with their team for almost 18 years and because of this trusted and long-standing relationship, we're able to collaborate on a high level in order to create something so special and engaging for our supporters.
