Day-of-Event Registration Service Options
We know day-of-event registration support looks different for everyone, so we created multiple options to meet your needs.
Registration Support — $3,300
Your data manager owns the data, you have check-in equipment, but you want support double-checking data and running the registration tables the day-of. We can show up, work with your volunteers and run this for you!
Registration & Data Support — $7,800
Includes everything in Registration Support, but you also get help with data entry. This means we create your ticketing site, enter all auction and guest data, help run things the day-of, and more.
Complete Event Registration Support — $10,400

Database Setup
We configure your entire event database and ticketing site, handling all the technical setup while you provide content and graphics.
Data Entry
We enter everything: sponsors with their benefits, precommitted gifts, auction items (you provide info, we enter it), and all guest names and contact information.
Seating Strategy
We conduct a dedicated 2-hour seating meeting with you to finalize table assignments and plot your room layout thoughtfully.
Bid Number Strategy
We assign bid numbers based on your fundraising priorities—VIPs and major donors get lower numbers for easier recognition and momentum-building.
Materials Preparation
We prepare everything you need: bid cards ready to print, labels with names and table numbers, all registration materials organized.
Day-of Registration
We're onsite managing your entire registration operation: training volunteers, running check-in/check-out, handling walk-ups and problem resolution.
Real-Time Data Management
We handle all live data entry during your event—auction purchases, raffle tickets, appeal donations—everything gets entered and reconciled in real-time so attendees can quickly check out at the end of the event.
