Fundraising Strategy

Includes a sponsorship packet, helpful checkpoints, target giving levels, matching gifts strategy, auction recommendations, and more—all based on what’s worked for you (and what hasn’t) in the past. Let us use our expertise to create record-breaking strategies for your appeal.

 

Vendor & Design Management 

You hold contracts; we manage vendor relationships. That includes your venue, caterers, AV team, photographers, videographers, graphic designers, printer, décor, rentals, entertainment, auctioneer, emcee, registration platform, etc.

 

Event Budget & Toolbox

We’ll create a central spreadsheet so you can track your budget (goals, expenses, and revenue), run of show plan, planning timeline, production schedule, volunteer plan, and a library of our best practices.

Building the Stage Program

As we build your run of show, we’ll help you with messaging that connects hearts to your mission—along with video production plans and a full event script dialed in to the word for both speakers and the AV team.

Marketing Support

Let us build your event marketing strategy and timeline, including a ticketing page, save the date message, invitations, printed programs, and more.

 

Planning Sessions

We’ll plan regular meetings to keep your event on track—plus unlimited support by email and phone throughout the event planning process. Our experts can help you navigate any challenges you're facing.

 

Running the Event Day

On the day of your event, our team will manage the whole production, including:

  • Guest registration

  • Vendor setup

  • Volunteer training

  • AV checks and stage programming

  • Special appeals

 

Afterwards, we’ll provide you with post-event analytics, donor cultivation strategies, and insights for next year.

Create events that welcome everyone, regardless of location or accessibility needs. Your mission doesn't have geographic limits—neither should your fundraising.

 

Take your event to the virtual stage with our Hybrid Event Planning Add-On. Our team can manage everything: streaming logistics, a viewing platform with giving widgets, chat moderation, technical support, and real-time pledge entry. This expands your reach, fosters genuine participation, and raises more money because you're not limited by room capacity.

 

Note: Requires engaging The AV Department for streaming services (they bid and bill separately).
